How we work — KOREK MANAGEMENT

How we work

Three steps, one confirmed scope

Every engagement starts with your property, your problems and your goals — and a written scope you confirm before work begins.

01

Scope the review

You tell us the property type, the operational problems you’re seeing, and the support you’re looking for. We confirm in writing what the review covers before anything starts.

02

Check and recommend

We look at the four operational areas — rotas, stock, training and spending — and set out practical recommendations, with the reasoning behind each one.

03

Implement support

With the scope confirmed, we put the agreed changes in place and stay on hand while they bed in.

Common questions

What operators usually ask

Which operational problems can you look at?

Anything in the four areas: housekeeping scheduling, inventory management, staff training and cost control. If your problem sits outside them, we’ll say so rather than take the work.

What does the housekeeping scheduling service look at?

Occupancy and arrival patterns, current rotas, turnaround times, and the room standard before check-in.

What does inventory management cover?

The goods that move through the house — linens, toiletries, minibar stock and cleaning supplies — and simple tracking for levels and reorder points.

What do staff training programmes include?

Guest service standards, safety procedures and role-specific skills, built around the roles in your house.

How is a cost check carried out?

Line by line, across utilities, supplies and labour — with practical reductions identified against the numbers as they stand.

Do you guarantee savings percentages?

No. We don’t promise percentages. We identify reductions and you judge them against your own figures.

How do European operators start working with you?

Send the enquiry form. We reply in English, agree a call if useful, and follow with a written scope. Work is arranged per property, wherever you operate in Europe.

How are scope and price confirmed?

In writing, before work begins — a confirmed scope with a € quote for that scope.
